Cancellation Policy

For mobile lessons, please provide the correct address and any access details needed, such as gates, parking, dogs, or arena location. Payment: Payment is due at the time of the lesson unless otherwise arranged. Travel fees may apply depending on location and will be confirmed where possible before the lesson. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee, unless due to genuine emergency, illness, unsafe weather, or horse welfare concerns. Weather: Lessons may be rescheduled if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for the horse, rider, handler, or trainer. This may include heavy rain, storms, high winds, extreme heat, unsafe footing, or dangerous travel conditions. Light rain or mild weather does not automatically mean a lesson will be cancelled. Safety and horse welfare will guide the decision. Horse Welfare & Safety: Please let me know before the lesson if your horse is unwell, injured, sore, lame, recently treated by a vet, or showing behaviour that may affect safety. Lessons may be changed, shortened, or stopped if continuing would be unsafe or unfair to the horse or person.
